Extract the downloaded file to your Program Files (x86) folder in your root directory. Visit the Go Coding site to download PeToUSB (see Resources). When the extraction finishes, close PE Builder and launch File Explorer. Choose your CD drive as the source path to the Windows installation files.Ĭlick “Build,” and wait for PE Building to extract your disc to the destination path in your Program Files directory.

Insert your Windows XP installation CD into your computer, and click “Browse” in the Source section of the PE Building window. Click “Run as Administrator,” and in the pop-up window, click “Yes.”

Point your cursor to the upper-right corner of the screen, and click “Search.” Type “PE Builder” in the Search box, and right-click the icon in the search results.
